What You Will Do:
- Architect and build robust infrastructure for next-generation AI systems, including prompt chaining and fine-tuning infrastructure
- Design and own mission-critical backend systems that power the platform
- Lead green-field projects that directly impact the company's technical direction
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand needs and implement effective solutions
- Help shape the technical and architectural decisions that will define the platform's future
- Work with cutting-edge technologies in the AI/ML space
Ideal Candidate Background:
- 4 years of experience as a backend software engineer
- Strong Python development experience
- Track record of owning and scaling complex backend systems
- Experience with infrastructure management and DevOps practices
- Proven success working with technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, Postgres, and Django
- Background working with distributed systems and data pipelines
Preferred:
- Experience with Kubernetes and Helm
- Familiarity with vector databases
- Prior work with AI/ML systems
- Startup experience
- Experience with TypeScript and React
- Track record of working in fast-paced environments
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000
