About the job
We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer who can take ownership of complex customer integrations and serve as a trusted technical advisor across the full customer lifecycle.
You'll work closely with Sales and Customer Success to guide clients through everything from pre-sales scoping to go-live and long-term support. You'll lead the design and delivery of custom workflows, scripts, and tooling that help customers unlock value from our platform.
You'll also collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to shape internal tooling, surface product gaps, and scale what works. This role is perfect for someone who loves blending technical depth, customer empathy, and autonomy.
What You'll Do
- Partner with customers to scope, design, and build integration and implementation solutions
- Lead technical conversations in both pre-sales and post-sales settings
- Own and maintain a portfolio of high-value customer deployments and workflows
- Build tools, scripts, and automations to accelerate customer onboarding and success
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across APIs, data pipelines, and application workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product features and delivery processes
- Mentor teammates and help define best practices as we scale the Solutions function
What We're Looking For
- 5 years in a technical, customer-facing role (Solutions Engineering, TAM, Implementation, or similar)
- Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience building production-ready scripts or tools
- Strong experience working with REST APIs, SFTPs and integrating SaaS platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in customer contexts
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-moving environments
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and wearing different hats as needed
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a startup of fast-growing SaaS or DaaS company
- Experience with healthcare data or supply chain systems
- Experience contributing to pre-sales deals or leading customer-facing technical discovery
Compensation: $135-165k base equity.
