What You Will Do
As Strategic Projects Lead, you'll play a critical role in the company's growth by:
- Recruiter Success (50%) - Deliver exceptional support to recruiting partners using the platform. You'll be their dedicated advocate, ensuring they have everything needed to succeed and providing rapid, personalized assistance.
- Sales (25%) - Articulate the platform's transformative potential to recruiting professionals. You'll help them understand how this innovative approach can dramatically scale their business and improve placement outcomes.
- Operations (25%) - Identify inefficiencies and build systems that create scalable solutions. You'll streamline processes and implement automation to drive high-leverage results.

Ideal Candidate Background
- 1-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, or Go-to-Market roles at early-stage startups, OR Investment Banking experience
- New graduates with strong entrepreneurial experience also considered
- Client-facing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Process-oriented mindset with ability to create structure from ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
- Strong academic background
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or understanding the recruiting industry
- Prior startup experience, particularly at seed or Series A stage
- Track record of building and implementing operational systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action
- History of exceptional achievement in academic or professional settings
