We are looking for an accomplished and visionary Vice President of Engineering to lead and expand our engineering team. The right candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills alongside a proven history of building high-performing teams and delivering scalable and reliable technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to align our technology strategies with overarching business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and lead a high-performing engineering team, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and resource management.
- Plan and manage the progress of product development and engineering initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Sales, BizOps, and other teams across the organization to deliver successful company-wide projects.
