Job Summary:
The Coordinator, People & Culture plays a key role within the People & Culture (P&C) team, actively contributing to various departmental activities and initiatives including recruitment, orientations, employee engagement, and promotion of diversity and inclusion. Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Associate Director of P&C in the recruitment process for entry-level and intern positions, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring experience.
- Administer pre-onboarding activities, including conducting background checks, sending internal new hire notifications, and scheduling first-day activities.
- Manage new hire onboarding processes to provide a seamless first day experience including but not limited to administering office tours, creating new hire announcements and ensuring workspace and technology setup in collaboration with Facilities and IT.
- Conduct P&C orientations and answer questions about policies, timekeeping, and other relevant topics.
- Facilitates and monitors our Introductory Period feedback process ensuring timely completion and adherence to organizational standards.
- Responsible for all HRIS data entry, including systemically onboarding new employees, verifying I-9 documentation, updating employee information, processing compensation, status changes and separations.
- Update Company communications with pertinent P&C information and resources on applicable sites.
- Develop and deliver training modules for P&C systems and tools.
- Coordinate employee exit processes, including scheduling exit interviews, administering end of employment information and coordinating the return of company property.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director of People & Culture to plan and execute the internship program
- Maintain and manage organizational charts, ensuring they are accurate and updated in a timely manner.
- Coordinate Company acknowledgement of employee special occasions including birthdays, employment anniversaries and life events.
- Participate in planning and executing internal Company events, including those organized by the Celebrations Committee.
- Engage in D&I initiatives, including creating calendars, engaging volunteers, and executing celebrations or observances.
- Act as a liaison with landlord for ID portals and parking passes.
- Process departmental and consultant invoices and expense reporting for department expenses.
- Perform other related tasks and assignments as needed.
Desired Background:
- Four-year degree, preferably in a Human Resources-related field
Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or related field; experience with HRIS a strong plus

Base Pay Range:
The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $58,000 annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
