Manager of Centralized Leasing
CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Exempt
COMPENSATION: $50,000 per year
BONUSES: Ability to earn up to an additional $10,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the after-hours leasing team and secret shop team.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure high performance.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for improvement.

Monitor team hours and pay cards.

Design and deliver training for your leasing professionals, focusing on sales techniques, customer service, and compliance.

Ensure new hires are fully onboarded and equipped to meet performance standards.

Conduct ongoing professional development sessions for team skill enhancement.

Schedule and coordinate after-hours team coverage to meet operational demands.

Prioritize tasks and allocate resources to maximize team productivity.

Streamline workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency in leasing practices.

Monitor key performance metrics and ensure teams meet or exceed leasing goals.

Use data to track lead conversion rates, call outcomes, and lease execution metrics.

Prepare and present reports on team performance and leasing trends.

Maintain high customer service standards to ensure positive interactions with prospective and current residents.

Conduct quality checks through secret shopping to identify areas for improvement.

Address and resolve escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to manage projects and multitask several processes at once under stressful conditions.
- Ability to use and quickly learn technology – Google Apps, Microsoft Office, cloud-based management, and dashboarding software.
- Team Player – able to inspire team members to high levels of performance and to provide constructive feedback as needed.
