Director of Finance | Austin, TX
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Build and refine financial models to support strategic decisions and new initiatives
- Partner with senior leaders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Lead cash flow planning and optimize treasury operations and banking relationships
- Oversee cap table and equity tracking, ensuring accuracy and transparency
- Support M&A activities—financial diligence, modeling, and integration
- Collaborate closely with accounting, operations, and cross-functional teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic analysis
- Previous leadership experience and a passion for mentoring others
- Strong communication skills—you can turn complex data into actionable insight
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
- Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CPA, or Big Four background a plus
- Experience in or passion for the healthcare space is a big plus
Salary : $185,000 - $220,000
