Key Responsibilities
- Collision Repair:

- Perform structural repairs using welding and metalworking techniques.
- Refinishing:
- Sand, mask, and prime vehicle surfaces in preparation for painting.
- Mix and apply paint to match the original color and finish.
- Buff and polish painted surfaces to achieve a flawless finish.
- Inspection and Estimation:
- Conduct detailed inspections to identify all areas needing repair.
- Provide accurate repair estimates to supervisors or customers.
- Tool and Equipment Operation:
- Operate tools such as dent pullers, welders, spray guns, and sanders safely and efficiently.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Customer Interaction:
- Explain repair processes and timelines to customers when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality work.
