Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a Manufacturer in Travelers Rest, South Carolina! We offer a competitive starting pay of $45K-$55K DOE. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and bilingual in Spanish and English.
Customer Service Representative Benefits included:

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Process quotes, orders, and return merchandise authorizations.
- Work closely with the customer to ensure orders are received and accurately billed
- Track orders using excel regarding customer shipments
- Assist with customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide shipping and order updates
- Act as the liaison between the customer and manufacturing team
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or account management experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Associates degree required
