Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Coordinator with a
strong background in construction to oversee and coordinate production activities. The ideal
candidate will possess excellent quality control, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure
projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires the ability to
work in extreme weather conditions on job sites and maintain professional communication across
teams. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate daily production operations and workflows to meet project deadlines and
quality standards.
Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality
regulations.
Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and management to ensure
smooth project execution.
Organize and manage project documentation, schedules, and materials using Microsoft
Office tools, particularly Excel.
Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies on job sites.
Adapt to working in extreme weather conditions as needed for on-site supervision.
Present a professional appearance and demeanor in the office and during client
interactions.
Qualifications :
Associate degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related
field required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production coordination role, preferably within
the construction industry.
Bilingual in Spanish (required).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work on job sites in extreme weather conditions.
Professional attire is required during office work and client meetings.
Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with construction project management software.
Knowledge of industry safety regulations and compliance standards.
Compensation : $60,000 annually plus incentives.
