Michael von Behner Builder, Inc. is a dynamic, rapidly growing, reputable entrepreneurial Construction Company located which needs your project management/ business management expertise to contribute to the strategic development of this organization.
This role is not directly managing a construction crew as a foreman but managing the schedule, tracking progress, scheduling subcontractors, timecards, materials, deliveries, maintain field crew’s schedule. This is a hybrid role where they will be running construction jobs from a management perspective and assisting the owner run the business in various capacities
If you have exceptional estimating/project management skills, a can-do attitude, and enjoy a team environment that prides itself on providing excellent customer service and creative problem-solving skills, you may qualify for this position.
Essential Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in Construction Management or a related discipline
· Five (5) plus years of project management experience, with at least two years of experience bidding work that ranges from $10,000 to $500,000,000 in value
· Experience as a project manager in construction or similar function a must
· Experience in Commercial or Residential Construction preferred
· Experience working at a business engaged in construction or trades absolutely required
· Familiarity with accounting processes/software a plus/ Construction Programs (Builder Trend, ConStruct, ProCore)
