Electrical Technician

Recruiting Solutions is seeking an Electrical Technician for a Direct Hire opportunity working in an environment with laboratory equipment for cooling technologies in Anderson, SC! This is a first shift Monday to Friday position offering a competitive pay range of $20 to $33/hr dependent on experience and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA, DCFSA, Life Insurance, vacation and sick days.

Electrical Technician Job Responsibilities:

• Install and configure electrical components, such as wiring, outlets, and fixtures.
• Assist in the setting up of specialized lab equipment requiring electrical connections.
• Ensure systems meet safety and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical repairs, inspections, and maintenance.
• Ensure the lab's electrical work area is clean, safe, and well organized.
• Label and store equipment and tools appropriately to facilitate efficient operations.
• Complete other assigned tasks as necessary.

Electrical Technician Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Working knowledge of electrical theory and associated principles, materials and equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical work.
• Ability to calculate basic mathematical problems.
• Exhibit extraordinary discretion, confidentiality, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with the team.
• Able to work overtime and extended hours as needed.
