What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Recruiter -- Consultant/Contractor position at Recruiting solutions?
This role can be performed either full time or part time, however is a 1099 role.
Duties: The duties involve recruiting for sales professionals mentioned below in the profile for sales professionals
Profile Sales Professionals
- Provide HR consulting services to clients, including, fortune 1000 and above companies, small businesses and other organizations
- Conduct needs assessments and develop customized HR solutions based on client needs.
- Advise HR professionals, employees and or small business owners, about our client's offering.
- Making presentations to employees regarding our client's benefits and offerings.
Qualifications For Entry Level 1099 Recruiter Role:
- Must be good with organization, scheduling and working with executives
- Must have experience working in the legal industry as a legal secretary, paralegal or some other role of administration in the legal industry.
- Must be willing to learn
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule on 1099 (no hourly wage paid)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
- Bilingual in English and Spanish/French/Chinese/Korean is a plus but is not required

Pay: $51,853.23 - $100,000.00 per year
