The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all human resources functions for the local manufacturing facility and managing HR activities for our client’s FAA Part 145 Repair Stations throughout the US. This role requires a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR partner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to handle complex HR challenges across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include recruitment, talent management, employee development, performance management, employee relations, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Pay & Benefits:
- Base Pay: Salary range is between $60,000-90,000 a year, depending on experience.
- Annual Target Bonus: Awarded based on company performance.
- Annual Merit Increase: Based on individual performance.
- Company Paid Holidays and Accrued PTO.
- Benefits: Eligible for medical, dental, vision, voluntary life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and other supplemental plans on the first day of the month, following sixty (60) days of employment. Eligibility for 401(k) begins after ninety (90) days.

HR Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full talent acquisition process in the local manufacturing facility and US Repair Stations, including collaborating with managers to define role requirements, job posting, screening applications, interviewing, hiring, reference checks, and background screenings.
- Lead onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration for new hires, including orientation and training.
- Administer the company’s benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement plans, etc.), leading the annual open enrollment process, providing clear communication to employees, and addressing questions about plan options, eligibility, and enrollment.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure benefits are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with laws such as ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and other state and federal regulations.
- Manage US payroll, including accurate processing, answering employee questions, and managing payroll tax notices.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing conflicts, concerns, and performance-related issues.
- Provide guidance on workplace policies, compliance with labor laws, and best practices to ensure a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
- Utilize and manage the HRIS system to streamline HR processes, ensuring efficient use for both HR practitioners and end-users (employees and managers).
- Administer and manage the FAA Part 145 drug & alcohol program.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Manage the company’s Employee Newsletter and other HR communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
HR Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of HR Manager experience.
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
- Human Resources Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Manufacturing or aerospace industry experience is preferred.
