Recruiting Solutions is seeking a International Customer Service Representative for a Manufacture in Travelers Rest, South Carolina! We offer a competitive starting pay of $21 per hour . The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in a manufacturing setting.

International Customer Service Representative Benefits included :

  • Temp to permanent position
  • Hours are Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm

International Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :

  • Process quotes, orders, and return merchandise authorizations.
  • Work closely with the customer to ensure orders are received and accurately billed
  • Track orders using excel regarding customer shipments
  • Assist with customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide shipping and order updates
  • Act as the liaison between the customer and manufacturing team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service

    • International Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Previous customer service or account management experience
  • Associates degree preferred

    • Salary : $21
