Construction / General Laborer
We are seeking reliable general laborer with experience to join our growing Construction company. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential to this position. We are a stable and growing Agricultural Building construction company that provides a great opportunity to prove your skill set and join a growing team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow the direction of the site leadership. Communicate with site leadership.
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Install concrete forms to build plan and drawings. Pour concrete foundations and floors.
- Install fabricated walls and trusses to the build plan and drawings.
- Verify plumbing and electrical access ways.
- Follow safe work habits.
- Ensure personal protective equipment are worn.
- Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials
General Labor Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED. Vocational school or trade apprenticeships a plus.
- Two years of experience in building construction. Concrete work is a plus.
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and work ethic.
- Able to work independently or as an active member of a team.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
- Valid Driver’s license and good transportation to be on time at the job site.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
