Staff Leadership : Supervise and train a team of associates, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to perform tasks safely and efficiently. Safety & Quality : Enforce company safety and quality programs; maintain production metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Problem Solving : Monitor plant equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues early, ensuring continuous improvement and minimizing downtime. Recordkeeping & Reporting : Maintain accurate documentation of processes, performance, and quality metrics. Prepare reports and make recommendations for operational improvements. Requirements : Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment - In the field you are applying for Strong knowledge of production processes and safety standards. Previous supervisor experience Familiarity with MS Windows and Office Suite; Paycom experience is a plus.
