Onsite Graphic Designer/Production Artist

We are looking to expand our talented team with an onside Graphic Designer / Production Artist.
Reporting to the owner, as a graphic designer / production artist, you will be an integral part of our graphics team. Working onside at our location in Greenville, Wisconsin, you will be responsible for creating and setting up art files for screen creation and producing visual elements for apparel. This role will also involve defining design requirements and creating graphics, illustrations, logos, and layouts. You will work on a variety of design tasks. for both custom orders and collegiate apparel brands. Essential Job Responsibilities:
Review work orders to understand placement, location, and color(s) for each job.
Secure customer approval for printing projects.
Troubleshoot on-press issues when necessary to ensure the job meets customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and maintain a productive workflow.
Assist in various other tasks as needed to support the production process.
Essential Qualifications:
Basic understanding of graphic design.
Proficient in design software and technologies, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus but not required.
