Overview
The laboratory technician position is responsible for performing physical testing of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples utilizing current Compendia, cGMPs, cGLPs, and SOPs. Assists other lab staff as needed under the supervision of senior laboratory staff and lab supervisor. Position performs other basic laboratory duties as directed.
Responsibilities _ _
- Performs physical testing of incoming raw materials, finished product, and stability samples.
- Records results and maintains laboratory records and databases.
- Ensures glassware cleaning is completed to support required laboratory testing.
- Perform general lab duties as assigned, for example : replenish test reagents and clean lab.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and basic maintenance of lab equipment.
- Support other departments for special projects as requested.
- Clean assigned areas of the lab and maintain an audit ready status.
