Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Engineering at a beautiful Downtown Montgomery (AL) Branded Hotel in Montgomery, AL. The Director of Engineering will oversee the engineering team, drive product development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions. Requirements include experience in hotel or lodging-related engineering operations, knowledge of building trades (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing), and familiarity with life safety systems and facility regulations (OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA). Proficiency in purchasing, inventory controls, labor management, and financial skills are essential.
