Responsibilities will include client and project management, data and information analysis,
solution implementation and generation of project results. As a Consultant, a key function of
your role will be to support the development and creation of quality deliverables that support
essential project workstreams. You will gather and analyze data, identify gaps and trends,
and make recommendations related to baseline performance and structure, as well as
established best practices and benchmarks
You’ll need to have:
● Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years
● Minimum Degree Status: Undergraduate Degree (Must still be enrolled in an
accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program through Fall 2024 and
graduate by Summer 2025)
● Degree concentration in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar is preferred
● Would not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future to work in the United
States; Students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules
or being hired for this position.
Even better if you have:
● Previous strategy consulting experience is preferred
● Healthcare provider or fellowship experience and/or education in health economics is
strongly desired
● Knowledge of Business Analytics software Access, SAS or R, and/or SQL
● Strong knowledge of and application of healthcare research resources
● Understanding of market/financial analysis in context of healthcare provider needs
● Strong quantitative and organizational skills
● Must be able to demonstrate written and oral communication and presentation skills
● Excellent quantitative analysis skills
● Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
● Ability to translate data into graphic or visual representations
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $54,300.00-$81,500.00.
