Internship Overview:
● 10 - 12-week program beginning Summer 2025
● Full-time 40 hrs/week
● The compensation for this role is $19/hr
● Future Opportunity: Strong interns may be invited to join our Management Trainee
Program post-graduation.
As an Intern you will:
This 12-week internship provides a 360-degree view of our distribution center’s operations,
customer service, and sales functions. You’ll be trained by experienced branch managers and
gain hands-on experience in:
● Receiving and moving products in the warehouse
● Customer service, order entry, and inside sales
● Shadowing a Territory Manager for outside sales experience
● Completing and presenting a high-impact business project
● You’ll also have biweekly coaching sessions to accelerate your learning and ensure
you’re making the most of your experience
To be successful in this role you will need:
● Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business is preferred.
● Current Juniors with plans to graduate between December 2025 and May 2026
● Have proven leadership, teamwork, and work ethic through previous jobs or
extracurricular activities
● Are personable, driven, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment
