Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of technical experts to deliver high-quality solutions for Client Services across North America and Europe.
- Provide production support for key platforms and reporting tools, focusing on data warehouses and applications.
- Engage with Client Service leadership to implement strategic support infrastructure, optimizing processes and tool development.
- Lead ideation workshops, develop business cases, and create functional roadmaps that align with organizational objectives.
- Implement strategy and roadmap for Client Services reporting and application infrastructure, including data analysis support.
- Streamline and automate data collection, management, and analysis processes to enhance business outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally to address complex, company-wide goals and deliver meaningful results.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
- Experience with project management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle EBS, SAP, or Sage.
- Proficiency with relational databases and SQL languages (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
- Experience with ETL tools like SQL Integration Services (SSIS) and/or Informatica Cloud.
- Expertise with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), Tableau, or equivalent.
- Experience automating business processes using tools like MS Power Automate and/or UI Path Studio.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Access Databases, SharePoint, and VM server management.
- Knowledge of Python, web development (HTML, PHP, Java), and Oracle APEX (Application Express).
