Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of legal descriptions for properties.
  • Provide technical support for surveying and geospatial projects.
  • Communicate findings with team members and stakeholders.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in surveying or related field.
  • Proven experience as a survey technician or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with surveying equipment and techniques.
  • Proficient in CAD software and surveying applications.
  • Basic understanding of land surveying principles and practices.
  • Strong mathematical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work in various outdoor conditions.
  • Keen problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with collaborative approach.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
