REQUIREMENTS
Top volume dealership seeking experienced AUTOMOTIVE CONTROLLER OFFICE MANAGER, to lead our financial department. 5 plus years prior experience is required for this position, with references requested. Previous experience with OEM financial statement preparation, Reynolds and Reynolds, quarterly sales tax, and managing a high volume office is a must. Top candidates will have experience with a multi-franchise dealer.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate financial statements for Dealership and Manufacturer
• Manage daily operations for payroll, receivable, payable, human resources

• Oversight of the financial trends, such as reviewing daily operating report
• Ensure the dealership meets high standards for financial and human resource process and procedure. Be sure we are complaint in all areas.
• Lead through attention to detail, positive work ethic and attitude, and help set corporate culture and policy.
