REQUIREMENTS
Baystate Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has immediate openings for Automotive Retail Sales Representatives, BDC Manager, and F&I Trainee. Qualified applicants will display high energy, positive motivated attitude, and a track record of customer satisfaction. Previous sales experience needed.
NEW SALES REPRESENTATIVES WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO START AS FINANCE MANAGEMENT TRAINEES. MULTIPLE OPPORUNITIES FOR ALL SKILL LEVELS!
Applicants with previous experience in hospitality, insurance, financial and mortgage sales and service, and restaurant customer service are highly encouraged to apply. Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and maintain a professional appearance with solid communication skills. Come join our Auto Sales Team!

• Use our customer relation software to help maintain client data
