What are the responsibilities and job description for the Backend Engineer position at Recruitment Room America?

We are looking for a backend software engineer to join us in building at the cutting edge intersection of real-world payments and digital money. You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a small and quickly growing company that is funded by some of the top investors in fintech and crypto.

What you'll do
- Be a critical part of the technical and product roadmap
- Contribute to our backend and integrate a variety of third party services
- Scale our infrastructure to millions of end users globally
- Rapidly ship new capabilities to our customers
- Help drive the architectural decisions of a rapidly evolving product
- Interact with smart contracts across multiple chains

Technical Assignment
2 hour session with the team. Half is architecture based and the other programming based.

Last wrap-up call, if someone makes it this far that's a good sign.
