In this pivotal role, you will oversee a talented team of engineers focused on developing high-quality software products that meet the demands of our users. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team, while also working closely with cross-functional partners to align technical solutions with business objectives. Your leadership will empower your team to embrace challenges, innovate, and deliver impactful products in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring that we adhere to best practices and industry standards. Responsibilities
- As an integral part of our worldwide engineering team you will lead by example and be a hands on developer.
- Research, evaluate, and integrate latest technologies in the AI, Crypto, and Productivity / Entertainment space.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in developing software products that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
- Implement best practices in software development to enhance code quality and team efficiency.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget completions.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks, facilitating effective problem-solving.
- This is an equity position, and as part owner of the company you will help drive our growth, and take ownership of the products.
