- Assist in the preparation of tax returns, extensions, quarterly estimated tax payments
- Assist with creating and requesting checks and mailing federal and state estimated tax vouchers
- Preparation of household employer payroll tax filings
- Process electronic filing of tax returns
- Maintain tax refunds ledger
- Gain/Loss review and comparison
- Maintain tax database for tracking of all client deadlines and filings
- Tax reporting system data maintenance
- Printing, collation and mailing of tax returns to clients
- Scanning/organizing electronic tax docs
- Printing and mailing notices to the IRS and State agencies
- Minimum Education Requirement- Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting
- Master’s Degree highly preferred
- Must be able to meet 150 credit requirement for CPA eligibility
- Knowledge of or previous experience working with ProSystem Tax or OneSource Trust Tax is a plus

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
