Culture fit, background, walk him through previous projects.

deeper dive into technical skills
3 Technical Interview
3rd round >
will be pair programming / work trial.
It will not consist of algos or leetcode type stuff, will be more system design questions.
Location
Remote - Based in US or Canada. US hours - strong preference for NYC area.
