Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience to join our dynamic legal team in the South Bay. The ideal candidate should have a passion for litigation , a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle a diverse caseload. This role offers hands-on experience in all phases of litigation, from legal research and writing to trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution, including personal injury and employment law cases.
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive arguments.
- Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and support staff in a fast-paced environment.
