Full Job Description
Real Estate firm looking for a bright and motivated Dual License (Arkansas and Tennessee) attorney to work fully remote from the Arkansas area. This candidate needs to have experience with reviewing titles and real estate compliance issues. This is an entry-level position, but candidates with experience reviewing and clearing title matters will be considered. This is a position that will offer great stability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Ensure deadlines for GA, TN, AL, AR and MS are met.
- Reviews title report and performs title curative measures.
- Assist in maintaining procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist other departments with questions regarding foreclosure and title law.
- Interprets laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
- Drafts deeds and other documents.
