Job description
We're seeking motivated and dynamic attorneys to join its national and international corporate and commercial practice. In this position you will be actively involved in complex and interesting commercial disputes.
Our ideal candidate must have relevant corporate and commercial experience, handling all phases of the litigation process, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery and appeals. Experience with tasks such as arbitration and trial experience is helpful, but not required.
Need experience in practice includes contract negotiations, business sales and acquisitions, corporate governance, stockholder rights, partnership conflicts, fiduciary obligations, internal investigations, transactional insurance, and employment matters
