Duties
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
- Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure accurate pricing and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, contracts, and change orders for reference throughout the project.
- Provide support in contract negotiations by presenting detailed estimates to clients and stakeholders.
