What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at RecruitPod Global?
We are looking to hire additional litigation attorneys, with 5 to 15 years’ experience, from strong law schools.
Our client has many practice areas, on both the defense and plaintiff side. Thus, we are looking for attorneys experienced in all types of complex litigation, including the following areas :
Commercial litigation , including business and real estate disputes, breach of contract, trade secrets, intellectual property and securities litigation.
Labor and employment litigation , primarily on the defense, including wrongful termination, discrimination, PAGA class actions and related employment disputes.
Insurance coverage and bad faith litigation , including experience in depositions, court and trial. We only represent the policyholder side, but are willing to look at and potentially hire attorneys who have previously represented only insurance companies
