• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations in various settings
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement tailored care plans
• Deliver and document therapy interventions based on physician orders and care plans
• Engage in active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, gait training, and ADL support
• Supervise Therapy Assistants, guiding them in Functional Maintenance Programs (FMP)
• Educate staff, patients, and caregivers on proper use and maintenance of therapeutic equipment

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of experience is essential
• A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is highly desirable
• Certifications & Licenses: A valid California Physical Therapy License (or proof of eligibility) is mandatory
• CPR certification is preferred
• Experience: ~2 years of experience in a clinical setting with elderly or frail populations is highly beneficial
International degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency
