Senior Paralegal – Litigation (Defense-Side Experience Preferred)
Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal with extensive litigation experience, particularly in defense-side matters. This role requires a deep understanding of the litigation process, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize complex legal documents and filings
- Handle ECF filings, eDiscovery tasks, and document review
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including logistics and in-court support
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize efficiency
- Meet an annual billable hours target of 1,725 and support additional projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of paralegal and litigation experience, with a strong background in defense-side litigation
- Experience in trial, arbitration, and mediation
- Proficiency in PACER, CM/ECF, MS Office, LexisNexis, and Westlaw
- ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Compliance with continuing education requirements of the relevant jurisdiction
