The Modular Construction firm is seeking a Structural Engineer with a PE license in Missouri and stamping authority to lead the design and analysis of modular structures. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with structural codes and regulations while collaborating closely with architects and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze structural systems for modular and prefabricated buildings.
- Stamp structural drawings to certify compliance with local and national codes (IBC, ASCE, AISC).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure structural integrity during transportation and installation.
- Conduct site assessments and address potential structural challenges.
Required Qualifications:
- PE License: Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in Missouri with stamping authority.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in structural design, ideally with modular or prefabricated structures.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software (RISA, SAP2000, etc.).
- Knowledge of Codes: Strong understanding of IBC, ASCE, AISC, and other relevant standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with steel-framed modular systems.
