Qualifications - Education details
Required Skills
- Experience managing warehouse and/or production staff of 25
- Experience in Manufacturing and/or warehouse operations and/or chemical distribution
- Experience in quality and regulatory systems implementation and management
- Live within 30 minutes of Paterson, NJ
- Familiarity with Bar code and other WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in inventory management and supply chain operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and operational software
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience in chemical production/warehousing/Hazardous Materials storage & handling a plus

Pay range and compensation package - $100-110K as a base salary per year plus bonus
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
