Overview:
An innovative life sciences tools company is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Regional Sales Manager to support sales and business development across the Pacific Northwest, with a focus on the Seattle region. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and in the field, supporting cutting-edge research in biologics and cell & gene therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager in expanding and managing customer accounts across academic, biotech, and pharma sectors.
- Conduct hybrid (virtual in-person) customer engagements, including product demos, trainings, and scientific discussions.
- Drive lead generation, follow-up, and sales pipeline development.
- Attend and represent the company at local and regional industry events.
- Support CRM updates, reporting, and sales tracking to meet targets and company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline (Biology, Immunology, Biotech, etc.).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or scientific support in life sciences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to balance remote work with field travel.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic commercial team.
- Based in the Seattle area with flexibility to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
