**Job Title:** Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to our attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury files, ensuring all deadlines are met and cases progress efficiently.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, gathering information, and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Document Preparation: Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, demand letters, settlement agreements, and correspondence.
- Investigation: Assist with case investigations by obtaining police reports, medical records, and other necessary documents to build strong cases.
- Discovery Coordination: Coordinate and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas.
- Calendaring and Scheduling: Maintain attorney calendars, schedule depositions, mediations, and court appearances, and ensure timely filing of documents.
- Trial Preparation: Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial notebooks, and coordinating witnesses.
- Settlement Assistance: Support attorneys in negotiating settlements by compiling damages, drafting settlement demands, and communicating with insurance adjusters.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized case files in electronic and physical formats.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
- Paralegal certification or equivalent education is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of personal injury law, litigation procedures, and court rules.
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with trial preparation and attendance.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with e-filing systems and procedures.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time, on-site position in a professional office environment. Occasional overtime may be required based on case deadlines.
