Senior Trial Attorney - Personal Injury Litigation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Attorney to join a reputable Personal Injury and No-Fault law firm located in Central Long Island, NY. This position is ideal for an attorney with at least 7 years of experience in personal injury litigation, specializing in trip/fall, municipal, and labor law cases. The firm is known for its strong commitment to trust, integrity, and achieving successful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of attorneys and paralegals, providing mentorship and oversight.
• Oversee all phases of personal injury litigation, from inception to resolution.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other correspondence.
• Conduct depositions and manage all aspects of trial preparation.
• Represent clients at court hearings, proceedings, and depositions.
• Lead settlement negotiations and participate in mediations.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.
