• Demonstrated progression through various IT roles including systems analysis software development and solution architecture.
• Experienced in web application development.
• Experienced analyzing designing and optimizing infrastructure and enterprise integration solution.
• Seasoned developing and maintaining the business architecture framework including business capability maps process diagrams and flowcharts.
• Skilled in analyzing complexities of existing technology.
• Experienced in reviewing and developing policy.
• Expertise in IT governance risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Ability to identify complex challenges and devise innovative costeffective solutions.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF Zachman or FEAF (Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework).
• Indepth understanding of various technology domains including application data infrastructure and security architectures.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as cloud computing DevOps microservices and IoT and their impact on enterprise architecture.
• Knowledge of cyber security principles and practices.
• Proficiency in managing organizational change and transitioning from current to future state architectures.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders technical teams and executive leadership and the ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
