Roles & Responsibilities

• Progressive and continuous project management experience, especially software development and its full lifecycle support.
• Experience managing system deployments and / or operations.
• Able to direct, oversee, and control a team of multi-disciplined personnel to accomplish the overall management of projects, programs, and / or task orders issued under this service area.
• Progressive and continuous project management experience, especially software development and its full lifecycle support.
• Familiar planning and decomposing desired outcomes into smaller chunk of tasks, updating tasks, identifying dependencies, estimating efforts, and distributing works among team members, and foreseeing technical and implementation issues, risks, challenges ahead of time to develop mitigation and action plans as appropriate.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certifications required.
• Able to conduct risk assessments and briefings to advise on critical issues that may affect the deployment.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels to gather feedback and requirements and ensure alignment with business needs and priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.
• Fluent preparing written materials and facilitating presentations and formal briefings.
