Job Description
- Leads, coordinates, and assists electronic technicians in preventive and repair maintenance, installation and modification of electronic equipment to ensure systems are maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
- Orders equipment and/or ensures supplies (tool, material, etc.) are available to successfully complete assignments.
- Designs and assists in the construction/fabrication of consoles for modification of automobile communication equipment.
- Programs electronic chips and produces diagrams to change equipment processes for use in process connections and controls.
- Conducts internal audits of computer facilities to ensure operating procedures are being followed and develops risk analysis and vulnerability studies of software and physical security.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- Typically has 10 or more years of relevant technical or business work experience.
