Roles & Responsibilities
- Development on the ServiceNow platform for complex catalog, application modules, and the CMDB including workflow and security coding, creation of new CMDB elements, design and data mapping, along with handling various developer-related functions.
- Developer should have extensive knowledge of JavaScript Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS, knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts, experience using the ServiceNow platform and knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- Typically has 6 or more years of relevant technical or business work experience.
- Must have ServiceNow Developer or Architecture Certifications, along with other ServiceNow certifications.
- New Service Catalog items workflow development
- Functional enhancements in existing service catalog items
- New change request templates build
- Enhance existing and create new reports and dashboards
- ServiceNow release upgrade services
- Configure and test new ServiceNow services and modules
- Streamline and clean CMDB and IT assets management
- Build/modify ServiceNow security scripts
- Build new ServiceNow integrations with other MWD application
- Enhance existing integrations with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), PagerDuty, and Active Directory (AD) Azure
