Responsibilities:
- Responsible for proper execution of the firm’s Operational Calendar and related activities by ensuring that business objectives are met.
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures, as well as ensure compliance with these procedures.
- Evaluate and enhance current operational systems to reduce cycle time and create efficiency.
- Design systems to deliver a world-class client experience and enhance profitability.
- Create and distribute reporting that keeps the President informed on all key performance indicators.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the internal operations team by customizing an individualized career path for each teammate. Coaches. Inspires.
- Administer human resources processes at the firm to include hiring, payroll management, employee benefits & organizational insurance.
- Support the marketing efforts of the firm by creating and implementing marketing efforts to existing and prospective clients. Leads the Director of Marketing in executing all lead-generating activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 Years Operations Leadership experience required, preferably in the financial advisory sector.
- Financial Services industry & proven leadership experience strongly desired.
- Insurance License required or must obtain one within the first 90 days of employment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing people and projects.
- Proven time management and organizational skills in a high-volume, high-energy environment.
- Strong knowledge of the financial industry. Ability to learn quickly and efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of and the ability to design & execute processes and procedures.
- Superior technology aptitude with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
- Ability to look at situations from several points of view and create a win-win outcome.
Position Type: Onsite
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Annual Compensation: Flexible, beginning around $85,000 with bonus potential for much more.
