- Types of Cases : Vascular, Gyn, Ortho, Trauma, Cysto, ENT, Neuro, Orthospine, General, Robotic, Cardiothoracic (Hearts and Valves), Thoracic-Lungs, OB-non high risk, GI, EP, MRI, CT, Cathlab, Bronch Lab, Plastics, healthy day surgery Peds, Podiatry
- Active FL License - Required
- Board Certified - Required
- Board Requirements : ABA
- ACLS - Required
- Residency Requirements if any : ACGMA or ABA
