- Part-time Primary Care Physician Opportunity
Clinical Role:
We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team in Flagstaff, Arizona. As a part-time physician, you will work closely with our experienced clinical skilled nursing and rehab team of clinicians.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with each patient's care team to implement an individualized plan of care that meets the patient's goals.
- Complete all federally mandated visits, including initial H&Ps, Medicare required visits, and acute and follow-up visits as medically necessary.
- Manage patient medications, including reduction and reconciliation as necessary.
- Collaborate with pharmacists on medication management.
Requirements:
- Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) experience preferred; may also be board eligible.
- Experience in post-acute rehab, acute rehab, long-term care, and/or hospital medicine is recommended.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that provides control over income potential. The estimated annual salary range is $58,000-$69,000, with no cap on productivity income potential.
