ASAP - Ongoing Need
Scheduled Hours - Nights 7p-7a
May have flexibility with hours (start time) but prefer the 12hr. shift
14-15 shifts per month
Facility will accept multiple providers
Admissions Required
Hospital Stroke Certified
30 Patients Per Shift
54 Beds in Facility but does not cover all hospital patients, as there are community providers who also cover their own patients
Support Staff : RNs, House Supervisor-RN
Board Certified / Board Eligible Required (Only as required to practice in WV)
Active WV License Required
Trauma Level IV
ACLS Required (Will require two stroke modules-NIHSS, but can do after selected)
Recently certified grads ok, but it is a nightshift position and they will work alone, other than phone calls
